Scrappy Peanut Butter Quilt
Today I’m sharing this fun Peanut Butter quilt I made recently. This one has been on my list for a while so I’m thrilled to finally have made it at retreat last month. This is a free pattern by Then Came June.
This was the perfect retreat make. I cut everything at home and was able to just sew away at retreat. It’s all scrappy so you don’t have to put too much thought into fabric placement.

Scrappy stash quilt
I pulled a pile of blues/ aqua’s and greens from my stash along with some low volumes without a plan for them. I guess I was itching to make a quilt in this color way. It sat in my sewing room for about a week as I thought of projects to make with it.
I was prepping for retreat and decided it would become a Peanut Butter quilt. I absolutely love it! I still have this bundle and will probably make something else with it too since I didn’t need a ton of the prints for this quilt.

I had Modern Textiles quilt this one up using this fun Rolling Hills pantograph. I chose a soft minky for the backing and this Ruby Star Society Starry for the binding.
Fun fact…. (or not so fun fact)…. This is the third binding I made for this quilt. I started with a solid navy but didn’t love it. Then I made a navy plaid and didn’t love that either. So into my spare binding stash they went.
